The Impact U will make:

  • Lead our GTM technical solution sales organization to engaging and inspiring prospects to transform their business through next-generation application development.
  • Our Sales Engineering team fuels the revenue engine for Unqork, working on technical opportunities through collaborative account planning with a best-in-class sales team and engagement with C-Level and Executive stakeholders in Fortune 100 companies. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced and collaborative atmosphere.
  • This leader will be responsible for building and cultivating an elite team of technical engineers and leaders dedicated to partnering with sales teams to achieve shared revenue goals.
  • Serve as an inspiring leader to the global SE organization by articulating a clear vision and strategy and providing the team with the guidance and resources for success.
  • Become an expert in Unqork's no-code platform, helping our growing client base navigate some of the more complex features of the application throughout the implementation phase
  • Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams, including product development, product management, sales, and delivery teams.

What U bring:

  • 8+ years experience in a leadership role and a strong background in driving revenue growth within a complex organizational and market environment required.
  • Leadership experience leading distributed sales engineering teams with a strong track record of developing and retaining high performing enterprise sales engineering organizations.
  • 8+ years experience working directly with corporate clients to understand their needs, create solutions, and guide implementation of software products.
  • Experience launching responsive products and digital software applications.
  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining services within AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Preferred experience deploying kubernetes applications / kubernetes operations.
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, business management, or a related field required.

The US base salary range, across all Unqork US locations, for this full-time position is $146,100 - $250,400 + bonus + equity + perks/benefits. An individual employee's salary within the range provided above depends on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the working location, role, skillset and level of experience of such employee. Please note that the salary range reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity or perks/benefits.
