WHO WE NEED :
We're currently looking for a Head of Support to lead our award-winning Support Team as we continue to grow and provide our customers with quality service. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Ensure that we uphold a world-class 24x7 technical support experience for our customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Attract, retain, motivate, develop, and lead a team of 45+ support technicians, supervisors, and managers
  • Partner with finance partners to ensure responsible oversight of budget spend and forecasting
  • Work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of the support department
  • Foster consistency and accountability across all support verticals
  • Build and maintain a cohesive leadership team that facilitates a high-performing culture aligned to the HCSS Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Stay up to date with new and upcoming methodologies and technologies related to support
  • Constantly review our overall processes and find ways to simplify or improve them
  • Provide tools necessary to provide cutting-edge support
  • Model good habits of objective creation, check-in, and striving for outstanding results
