• ...DA Form 5019-R (Condition of Employment for Certain Positions Identified as Critical Under the Drug Abuse Testing Program) and must pass urinalysis testing, as required prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
• This position is covered by Health Affairs Policy 97006, 23 Oct. 96, which requires the incumbent to obtain Hepatitis B Immunization unless exempted by a physician as well as an immunization screening as a condition of employment.
• Employees placed on this PD prior to 1 November are encouraged but not required to have the Hepatitis B series or an immunization screening. Hepatitis B vaccination is required within 30 days of entering on duty (EOD).
• This position requires a pre-employment physical examination.
• This position may require shift work to include night, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• This is an inclement weather position. The incumbent is expected to make every attempt to report for duty on time and/or remain on duty during inclement weather conditions.
• Position requires the ability to lift 40 lbs.
