Join GuideStone Financial Resources as a Relationship Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections and delivering tailored financial solutions to churches, colleges, seminaries, and non-profit religious organizations. As a key member of our Sales team, you'll focus on serving the Latino community within our affinity groups, contributing to our mission of providing comprehensive financial services. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategic contact plans to build and nurture relationships with affinity group leadership.
  • Identify new opportunities and enhance existing relationships to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to deliver cohesive and comprehensive solutions to ministry partners.
  • Manage onboarding and escalations, ensuring seamless integration into our service model.
  • Represent GuideStone with integrity, embodying our mission and values within the communities we serve.
  • Identify and secure potential institutional ministry partners aligned with organizational goals.
  • Raise awareness of Mission: Dignity among ministry partners and affinity groups.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Adherence to core Christian values and ethical conduct.
  • Strong professionalism with high-quality, timely work output.
  • Effective planning, organizing, and administrative skills.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and financial management experience.
  • Membership in the Southern Baptist Convention.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with integrity and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GuideStone system applications.
