OVERVIEW

About the role

Instacart’s Human Resources team is looking for a contract HR Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordination for our HR Business Partners and their client groups. They will be the first point of contact for the employees and be responsible for advising on policies, procedures, and actioning employee data changes in our HRIS. This role requires a strong people partner who can engage with our employees in an appropriate and empathetic manner and who appreciates attention to detail. ABOUT THE JOB
  • Ability to expertly interact with our employees as their first point of contact 
  • Execute employee transactions and organizational changes in our HRIS System
  • Interact with employees, managers, and other internal teams to provide direction and clarity on processes related to the employee life cycle
  • Provide additional support to the HRBP function with company-wide people programs such as performance review cycles, engagement surveys, recruitment, and more
  • Pull ad hoc reports for internal teams
  • Reconcile data between our in-house tools & HRIS
  • Identify gaps/opportunities and work through process improvements
ABOUT YOU

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 1+ year of HR experience, with HRIS experience, ideally Workday
  • Integrity when dealing with sensitive & confidential information
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Sheets/Excel, and Slides/PowerPoint
  • Ability to efficiently interact with cross functional team members, employees and managers
