A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator in our HR Service Center that supports the organization as the primary point of contact for our employees and managers.

As anHR Coordinator, you will

• Triages and provides high touch customer service support to our employees/managers, responding to inquiries and requests sent to the HR Service Center.
• Works closely with other HR colleagues such as Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to research and solve issues
• Responsible for maintaining full knowledge of all the company's HR policies/programs, to effectively answer related questions
• Responsible for onboarding of new hires/rehired employees, internal transfers, and other hiring processes. This includes system related data, providing support throughout the hiring process, and maintaining employee files

About you

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a corporate business environment in HR (preferably service center)
• Good command of English skills in a professional environment
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape
• Excellent communication skills
