As a Lead HRIS Analyst you will need to be someone who is self-motivated, analytical, process-oriented, and detailed with the ability to focus on multiple work streams at once. This role requires the credibility and integrity to maintain confidential, sensitive company and employee information at all times.
The Impact You Will Make:

• Review, test and implement configuration changes
• Initiate, develop, and maintain automated workflow to eliminate manual processes
• Design, build, test and maintain integrations between Workday and internal and external systems
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and risks and understand requirements
• Create and maintain functional and user documentation
• Develop end user training and documentation
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards
• User support for Core HCM, including Absence, Benefits, Basic Comp, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Succession, Time Tracking and US Payroll

What You Bring to the Table:

• 7+ years previous experience in Workday required
• Proficient in Excel
• Process focused with the ability to see the big picture
• Collaborative with strong customer focus
