In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience:
Experience performing clerical work and providing customer service to internal and external customers; clerical/administrative work; utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).

• In addition, experience that required the applicant to acquire and apply knowledge of the rules, regulations, procedures, and program requirements of one or more areas of a personnel system is required.
• Typing skills are required. Knowledge of office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel) is desirable.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must possess tact, skill, diplomacy in dealing with the public.
• This is a position of trust.
• Successful completion of an ANACI is required.
