CHRA NAF CYS Service Center (C2SC) is looking for experienced & motivated people to become part of their team as Human Resources Assistants, NF-203-03!

This is a CHRA NAF Career Path I position. Incumbent must complete the requirements for CHRA NAF Career Path I within eighteen (18) months of entrance on duty.

Qualifications

NF-03
1. Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment functions, such as posting vacancy announcements and rating applicants for qualifications and eligibility.
2. Possess experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc.)
3. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)4. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.

Highly Preferred: In addition to above minimum qualification requirements, applicants will possess prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office in a recruitment, placement, and background check capacity.

Applicants that meet Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list.
