How You Will Make an Impact

As the Human Resources Intern, you will have the incredible opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing business! You will collaborate and support the HR team with full-cycle recruiting, employee engagement, payroll & benefits, and HRIS. 

This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX. This internship will begin on June 5, 2024 through August 9, 2024.

  • Pay for students enrolled in an undergraduate program: $20/hour
  • Pay for students enrolled in a graduate program: $22/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of a Cross-Functional Team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel procedures and policies
  • Participate in full-cycle recruiting, benefit administration, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance
  • Participate in Associate Life Cycle, including recruitment, interview participation, onboarding, counseling, corrective action, investigations, performance management, Worker's Compensation, and offboarding
  • Data management that includes: employee data, employee files, I9 documents, personal data, emergency contacts, compensation, attendance, performance data, and termination information
  • Participates in projects within the manufacturing site and within the HR Team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
