Human Resources Manager
About the Role
As a Human Resources Manager, you will become established as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to ensure the quality of HR services at Neocol. You will be an internal subject matter on benefits, payroll and onboarding. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity that has a direct impact on company culture, this is the role for you!
Description of Neocol
Neocol helps subscription companies scale & grow! Advising the world’s most innovative B2B organizations on how to optimize their subscription & billing management and billing processes to gain competitive advantage, promote cross-functional transparency, and provide a superior customer experience.
Day to day responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day human resources operations for US, UK & Canadian employees
- Perform benefit administration and counseling
- Prepares, verifies, approves, and processes payroll on a bimonthly basis
- Complete all needed VOE requests
- Oversee the creation and retention of personnel files and employee records, in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures
- Partner with Director of HR to ensure Neocol’s core values are applied to all areas of the HR function
Skills and Experience Required for the role
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- 3+ years of benefits administration experience
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- 2+ years of HRIS management experience
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Experience working with employees in Canada and/or UK, a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
