HVAC Installer (5yrs Commercial HVAC Req)

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to design, install, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Special Skills & Qualifications Required Sheet Metal, piping, Roof tops • Job Description Ideal candidates will have at least 5 to 8 years’ experience as a lead installer and must have knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, and proper installation procedures. Must have experiences with installing and modifying duct work for commercial buildings. Soldering and brazing skills required. Must have the ability to lift at least 75lbs daily. Job requires sitting and standing for long periods of time, climbing ladders, and carrying equipment. Valid driver’s license needed; company truck will be provided. Maintain a clean and professional appearance before each job while encouraging the rest of the team to follow suit. The ability to communicate in a positive manner to the team and to customers – on and off the jobsite.
