HVAC Technician

Residential and Light Commerical 5+ years of experience in HVAC required !! Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our clients. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using schematics and technical manuals. • Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of heating and cooling systems. • Collaborate with design teams to implement new HVAC solutions tailored to client specifications. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance needs. • Operate company vehicles safely as a van driver to transport tools and equipment to job sites. • Adhere to all safety protocols while working in various environments. Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in field service. • Proficient in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. • Knowledge of refrigeration principles, plumbing, and electrical systems related to HVAC. • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.
