About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Service Delivery Director (SDD) who will be accountable for the end to end global delivery of hardware and services to hyperscale cloud supplier locations-on time under budget and in full compliance. This role owns the complete supply chain execution including sourcing coordination logistics planning customs clearance trade compliance risk management and last mile delivery into data center environments. The SDD ensures a high quality resilient and scalable delivery model by proactively anticipating and mitigating geopolitical regulatory and operational risks while balancing speed cost and reliability. Partnering closely with Project Directors and cross functional stakeholders this leader oversees the full lifecycle from order receipt through installation and asset lifecycle management enabling seamless global deployments even in complex or emerging markets
What you will do:
- Provide end-to-end oversight of hardware and services delivery to hyperscale data center locations ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Partner with Project Directors to plan current business onboard new programs minimize program costs and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Lead customer management efforts by maintaining strong internal and external relationships driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and delivering performance-driven business reviews.
- Resolve escalated service delivery issues while ensuring professional timely and effective communication.
- Drive delivery excellence by optimizing performance quality and cost through resource planning global delivery utilization offshoring strategies automation industrialization and process efficiency.
- Define track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery performance and operational health.
- Establish and lead regular governance with key customer stakeholders Program Directors Market Areas and Global Support Centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Market Area leadership delivery organizations and local entities to ensure alignment and execution success.
- Anticipate potential operational risks and proactively minimize service disruptions across the delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure supply meets demand and obsolete technology is depleted before introducing new hardware.
- Partner with Sales and Trade Compliance to ensure fully compliant global deployments and maintain an accurate register of countries in scope.
- Maintain asset traceability within systems of record monitor warranty and support expirations negotiate extensions and identify add-on sales opportunities.
The skills you bring:
- A bachelor's degree or higher education.
- At least 10 years of experience across supply chain management sourcing large-scale program delivery finance and business operations.
- Extensive leadership experience managing complex global service delivery programs and working successfully with demanding internal and external customers.
- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience delivering through Ericsson's supply chain and sourcing processes.
- A passion for people leadership with the ability to build inspire and sustain a diverse high-performing matrixed global team aligned with Ericsson core values.
- Proven strategic insight with the ability to translate innovative ideas into executable value-driven solutions.
- Confidence and courage to address difficult situations directly make timely decisions using facts and take decisive action.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including but not limited to location and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge qualifications skills education training and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan:: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives individual performance and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health
Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation up to 3 personal days per year 11 annual holidays 8 hours of volunteer time and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
