Identity and Access Management Architect

Job Summary :

Pax8 is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in maturing our Microsoft EntraID environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity solutions access management and security protocols. The role will be reporting to the Senior Director of Security Architecture.

Success within this role will require excellent communication and presentation skills a strong desire to dig in deep into existing infrastructure and align and help implement critical components of the Zero Trust Program.

Pax8 is seeking an engineer that has at least 4+ years' experience working with Microsoft Identity and has a deep understanding of Zero Trust Device Compliance MDM integrations as well as a deep understanding of Azure and EntraID. Ideally we are looking for someone who will help further our Zero Trust Mission Device Compliance Identity Governance Implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design IAM Solutions : Develop and enhance identity management strategies and solutions using Microsoft EntraID and supporting MDMs.

• Implement Zero Trust Controls: Work with the Security Architecture group to implement the vision set forth by Security Architecture.

• Access Control Management : Design and ensure appropriate access controls are in place to manage the lifecycle of user identities and permissions.

• Security Compliance : Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies and regulations.

• Collaboration : Work closely with Tech Servicesand security teams to integrate IAM services with existing infrastructure.

• Troubleshooting : Provide expert-level support for IAM-related issues and incidents.

• RBAC: Work with the Tech Services and Security Architecture group to implement strong RBAC concepts and controls

• Identity Governance: Architect a world class Identity Governance Program including Persona Definition Identity birthrights Identity Lifecycle Access Packages Application Catalogs and more.

Qualifications :

• 4+ Years experience working with Microsoft Identity / and other supporting MDM solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

• Proven experience with Microsoft IAM products particularly EntraID/AzureAD.

• Strong understanding of security protocols authentication and authorization methods.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation:

• Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $140000/yr or more depending on experience
