We are seeking an Identity Business Analyst to join our team.
The Identity Business Analyst (IBA) will be tasked with working with all Identity Governance customers to design an Identity Governance solution that incorporates sound architectural principles, industry standards and best practices, and recent product features and functionality. The Identity Business Analyst must also be able to speak to all of Imprivata's product portfolio and guide the customer to better overall Digital Identity solution. The IBA will lead the customer through all design related discussions as it relates to the Identity Governance project or projects and will actively work the Project Manager and Technical teams to creatively and proactively problem solve our customers' technical challenges. In addition, you will also work closely with new employees during their onboarding and assist with ongoing trainings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct Discovery Review calls with customer at the start of all Identity Governance projects
  • Complete all design related documentation that includes such documents as Design Specification, Functional Workflows, Architectural diagrams
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders any design related items and or challenges
  • Work closely with Imprivata Project Manager and Implementation Engineer on all IBA related tasks and deliverables
  • Guide customers through all critical functionality of IdG product and workflows
  • Work closely with Imprivata Product Management team to relay customer feedback on product and functionality for product enhancements and improvements
  • Hand off of completed solution architecture and design documents to Implementation Engineer prior to configuration phase of project
  • Act in a consultative role during the implementation for all Identity Governance related questions and design related elements
  • Create visio diagrams for IdG architecture and process flow
  • Manage any project scope changes or additions with help from Project Manager
  • Work with Project Manager on creation of project plan
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by Leadership/Management
  • Train, Mentor/Coach members of the team
  • Provide technical consultation to Sales Teams as needed
  • Assist in resolving complex issues and customer escalations
  • Meet or exceed operational KPIs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business discipline
  • Advance degree preferred in similar discipline
  • 7 + years of experience working in a Software or Technology Company in an analyst or
    consultative role
  • Experience building and designing complex business workflows
  • Advanced knowledge of using software to build complex business logic and workflows
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills including active listening, composure, and empathy
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Advanced Business Analyst experience and skill set
  • Advanced Knowledge of documentation tools such as Visio and Word
  • Knowledge of Networking/Infrastructures
  • Knowledge of SQL queries / databases skills
  • Advanced knowledge of extract, transfer, load (ETL) processes and common data source formats
  • Advanced understanding of CRM & Project Management tools such as Salesforce and
    Professional Services Automation (PSA) with an ability to create Dashboards and Reports
  • 5+ years of Healthcare Industry experience with advanced knowledge of EHR Systems, Hospital
    Workflow & Identity Management

Working Conditions:
  • Indoor office environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • This role is regularly required to walk, climb stairs, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
