[IJDS] SAP/Oracle Consultant and Development Leader

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience style performance reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Your primary responsibilities include:

* This position is for IBM Japan Digital Services Ltd. (IJDS).

· Responsible for new implementations version-up projects and post-operational maintenance of SAP/Oracle systems.

· Implementation of new ERP systems and SaaS solutions.

· Responsible for development team management in new SAP implementation and upgrade projects.

· Support global delivery members

· SAP and Oracle projects

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese with clients and project members
• Experience in implementation development operation and maintenance of SAP and Oracle packages.
• Experience in implementing ERP packages or SaaS workflow systems other than SAP/Oracle.
• Experience of developing in ABAP or Java in an SAP environment
• Experience in logistics areas such as SD/MM/PP accounting areas such as FI/CO and Basis areas is particularly welcome.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP Certified Consultant qualification
• SAP development leadership experience
• Oracle certification
• Migration and implementation experience in a Cloud environment
