Your Role and Responsibilities
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.

This is a position with IBM Japan Staff Operations Corporation (ISOC).
As a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operation leader for financial administrative work you will perform work in a system environment for the client according to procedure manuals lead project members.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.

Skills
Document management skills (maintenance of work procedures)
Team management skills (management of members’ work proficiency and operation status)
Problem-solving skills (improving work efficiency and solving problems as they arise)
General office work such as Microsoft Office PDF etc. (Excel entry and spreadsheets Word entry Outlook email creation)
∙ Operation of business systems (input data extraction etc.)
Communication skills (e.g. reporting and communication with team members)

Experience
Experience as a team leader
Experience in accounting
Experience in staff work other than accounting including management experience at a minimum

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in business improvement and efficiency improvement projects.
• 10 years of experience in accounting.
