You play an important role in the department maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection ensure its accuracy promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
- Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
- Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
- Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

- Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment

- Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
- Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data

Education / Certifications:
High School Diploma (Mandatory) Bachelor Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Chemical Industrial) Operations Management or related field.
Job specific requirements:
- Experience in Operational Excellence deploying Lean Six Sigma and/or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Access Advanced Excel / Macro) SAP BI Tools (Tableu Power BI) Power Apps (preferred)
- Support DMS Level 2 within an assigned LCO providing methodological guidance and acting as the escalation point for IL6S functional DMS
- Support DMS Level 3 for IL6S including KPI reporting gap analysis and alignment with the functional Hoshin
- Lead and execute actions and projects within the functional Hoshin
- Represent IL6S in pillar governance meetings
- Participate in regional coaching sessions capturing actions and cascading them to supporting pillars and LCOs
- Strong analytical or problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic about new Technologies Industry 4.0
- Ability to work on multi-functional teams
- Good knowledge of loss tracking/analysis method is expected
- Fluent in English.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Own the Reward and Recognition process
- Provide methodological support to Leadership Organization and HSE pillars
- Support Direction Setting / Hoshin processes
- Support DMS implementation and sustainment
- Support Leadership Standard Work (LSW) processes
- Deliver training sessions and workshops related to the process.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM). Weekends and Holidays flexibility is required.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $77600 to $106700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and location. In addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
