About the Role

The role of the Implementation Consultant is to assist Employee Navigator’s new licensees in becoming proficient users of the software. The Implementation Consultant is responsible for introducing the users to the platform, support resources and training tools.  Implementations is a vital part of the success of our clients and works closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Client Support.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers on initial calls introducing clients to Employee Navigator and the implementation process
  • Conduct training sessions with clients to support the onboarding onto the EN platform
  • Maintain contact with assigned clients during the eight-week implementation process
  • Advise clients of best practices as prescribed by Employee Navigator
  • Demonstrate system features and assist clients in understanding the “why” in the software design
  • Update client tracking tools on the progress of each implementation
  • Add notes to the broker license to document progress of the agency
  • Update management on the client’s progress and identify risks to the overall success of the engagement
  • Identify and document opportunities to improve the implementation process
  • Collaborate with other EN staff to foster creative thinking and process improvement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the Employee Navigator software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to listen to the client’s needs to determine end goals
  • Flexibility when interacting with clients to meet the client needs
  • Ability to prioritize client needs based on business priorities
  • Demonstrates humility by seeking assistance when they are unsure about an answer
  • Consistently seeks to improve their own knowledge, the client’s knowledge, and the product itself
  • Is a motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues
  • Able to use their toolbox of experience, exercises judgment
  • Skilled in writing detailed documentation
