Implementation Consultant (Bilingual in Spanish preferred)

Summary

The Solutions Architect directly interfaces with our customers and partners to deliver solutions within current Workiva products that achieve customer outcomes. This role is focused on documentation, continued learning, and enablement for internal resources as well as our customers and partners. The Solution Architect works closely with other internal teams cross-functionally including project management, customer success, support, solution engineering, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Leads the delivery of contracted services to customers and partners

• Performs detailed discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements

• Creates a solution design that achieves outcomes within the Workiva platform

• Directly interfaces with customers and partners to deliver standardized solutions

• Maintains and enhances knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform through a commitment to ongoing training

• Participates in leading and mentoring peers as well as Associates, assisting onboarding as needed, and participates in ongoing training efforts.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

• 4 years of experience in service delivery roles, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience with a Master’s degree

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred 

• ESG, Sustainability reporting

• Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics and reporting solutions and their related technology platforms.

• Hands-on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred.

• Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred.

• Enhanced technology knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with any of the following: SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships

Travel

• Up to 25% travel

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
