The Role

As an Implementation Consultant on the Neocol Delivery Team, you will work closely with clients and key stakeholders as they transform their business’s quote to cash processes. You will ensure client requirements are translated to a stable and scalable configuration that improves efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

In This Role You Will

  • Interact with both internal and external project teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Configure solutions using a large variety of declarative tools to meet the business’s needs.
  • Use tools to rationalize, transform, and load customers product/pricing data.
  • May work as a member of multiple project teams with varying deliverable deadlines.
  • Document your configuration, assumptions, and test its functionality upon completion.
  • Support the broader delivery team throughout the project lifecycle and assist with deployments as required.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  1. You’re a self-starter with experience matching user requirements to CPQ, Billings & Salesforce solutions.
  2. You should be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently.
  3. Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for our clients
  4. Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
  5. You are very comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.
  6. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
  7. You are agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
  8. At least two years’ experience implementing Salesforce CPQ, as well as cross functional experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds. Salesforce Billing experience also preferred.
  9. High degree of familiarity with declarative process automations as the platform shifts towards flows.
  10. Salesforce CPQ Certification and both Billing Super Badges strongly preferred. SFDC Administrator or App Builder Certifications a plus, but not required.
  11. Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & Lucidchart
  12. Knowledgeable about the following is a plus: Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM
