Implementation Manager

This role sits at the center of large-scale healthcare system deployments, where structured execution and coordination directly impact mission-critical Medicaid initiatives. You will oversee complex, multi-project implementations, ensuring that timelines, infrastructure, and stakeholder alignment are managed with precision. Working in a highly collaborative and mission-driven environment, you will coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to deliver seamless system rollouts. The position requires strong program management discipline, with a focus on healthcare technology implementations and cloud-enabled environments. You will play a key role in maintaining implementation standards, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring successful delivery across overlapping projects. This is a high-impact role where your work directly supports the modernization of healthcare systems.

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of large-scale implementation projects within healthcare environments, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Manage multiple overlapping implementations while maintaining clear prioritization, structure, and execution discipline.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve implementation management plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Facilitate implementation meetings, stakeholder updates, and status reporting to ensure alignment across teams.
• Oversee technical deployment coordination, including communication lines, gateways, routers, and associated infrastructure components.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience managing large-scale healthcare implementation or program delivery projects.
• Strong background in healthcare systems, preferably including Medicaid or related healthcare management information systems.
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies and environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience coordinating technical infrastructure deployments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project demands.
