The Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you will work with new clients to transfer donor data from their current systems into Bloomerang. With the ultimate goal of bringing best practices to life, we depend on our Specialists to position clients for fundraising success with our product. Your day-to-day will be managing implementation timelines and ensuring client’s data is migrating accurately.

What You Will Do

• Lead new customers through their data migration process.
• Facilitate check-in calls during each phase with the customer.  
• Write data revisions and test data integrity with customers.
• Evaluate and escalate any potential issues your customers may encounter.
• Continually educate yourself in an ever-changing technology environment.
• Provide product feedback from customers to our leadership and product teams. 

What You Need to Succeed

• Previous experience as a project lead in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Enjoys creative problem solving, and thrives in a collaborative, open work environment.
• Knowledge of the NPO sector. 
• Use or management of CRMs and other software tools such as SalesForce, Excel, Quickbooks, Etapestry, etc.
• Ability to kindly provide feedback to customers, management, and coworkers.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $53,000 - $72,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
