About the position:Â
The In Country Provider Relationship Manager is responsible for conducting strategic relationship management, negotiation and commercial evaluation, escalation management, process and performance analysis, new vendor assessments and any other strategic initiatives around our In Country Providers (“ICPs”).  These companies provide G-P with payroll, accounting, taxation, corporate and HR support services in countries where G-P has a subsidiary.  Reporting to the Senior Manager – Provider Management, this role will be exposed to all aspects of the provider related processes, and represent the interests of, and frequently interact with, many G-P stakeholders across various departments. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial and hands-on professional that has worked in multi-disciplinary teams, with highly developed analytical as well as negotiation skills.Â

What you will do:Â
- Advance and manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework for our ICPs. Understand the requirements of all G-P internal stakeholders and ensure these are reflected in our SLAs, collate and track related reports, negotiate SLA adherence with ICPs, and propose and execute improvement projects or provider changes utilizing agreed metrics.
- Drive cost efficiency by understanding, managing, reporting and renegotiating the various ICP related fees and contracts.
- Conduct annual pricing reviews for ICP agreements, drive efficiency and economies of scale.
- Be the subject matter expert for ICP related matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders, participating in company wide projects that require ICP process expertise.
- Assist G-P in better integration LPP interactions into G-Ps unified service model.
- Execute ICP related strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain master data on ICP service scope, fees, capabilities, current and past issues, service levels, contacts and agreements.
- Build rapport with ICP senior management, as well as global liaison contacts for the multi-country ICP partners.
- Maintain the on-cost calculator, which estimates employer contribution costs in ICP countries. Regularly review these with the ICPs for legislative changes.
- Assist when ICP related issues arise, actively get involved in the resolution of such matters.
- Identify and drive process internally and advise on relationship improvement opportunities.
- Gather and integrate internal feedback on ICP performance and competency/capability shortfalls and maintain ICP metrics to support decisions and/or change.
- Demonstrate a strong capacity to work through diverse challenges with a calm and thoughtful approach.
- Demonstrate leadership when collaborating with others. Excellent communication skills, including listening skills, are at the foundation of all good relationships and a pre-requisite to be successful in this role.
- A positive and solutions focused mindset is necessary for this position. Â
What we are looking for:Â
- At least 7 years of experience in a role managing service providers in either a financial, payroll, HR or similar service scope
- Experience in collaborating with remote employees, teams and service providers globally
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with other departments on interdependent processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a fast moving growing global business.
