Industrial Engineer

• Apply industrial engineering methods such as capacity analysis queuing theory forecasting and optimization to solve operational challenges
• Develop and maintain analytical models to support labor planning demand forecasting and operational decision-making
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Conduct on-site observational studies to evaluate processes guest flow and operational performance
• Collect and analyze time studies throughput data and other operational metrics
• Synthesize field insights with data analysis to drive practical implementable solutions

• Support development of labor models staffing strategies and scheduling analytics
• Evaluate opportunities to improve labor utilization and operational efficiency
• Contribute to workforce management tools and planning processes

• Extract and analyze data using tools such as SQL Snowflake and Python
• Build dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and Excel to track KPIs and performance trends
• Support automation efforts to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy

• Partner with cross-functional teams and operational leaders to implement process improvements
• Communicate insights and recommendations through clear presentations and data storytelling
• Support development of business cases for initiatives presented to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Research Management Science Decision Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering operations analysis or a related analytical role
• Experience conducting field studies and analyzing operational data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with data querying or programming tools such as SQL or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Research or a related field
• Experience in theme parks hospitality entertainment retail or other high-volume operations
• Familiarity with workforce management labor planning or forecasting methodologies
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma principles
