Position Overview:

The Infrastructure SME will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure using the latest technology. An IT infrastructure engineer ensures all the IT systems that support businesses of any size to function efficiently. With their expertise, infrastructure engineers ensure all the systems within an organization function seamlessly by continuously evaluating all the systems within an infrastructure. Experience in Technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in
escalations may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
• Establish goals and plans that meet project objective
• Has domain and expert technical knowledge
• Decision-making and domain knowledge may have critical impact on overall project implementation
• May be a lead for others

Requirements:

• Execute investigations to support the design of automations required
  to satisfy customer requirements.
• Design and develop automation capability under a defined IaC framework to satisfy customer requirements.
• Implement IaC Framework tools and configurations for interaction within a customer’s infrastructure.
• Provide automation guidance to remote teams and work with customers to gain
  concurrence for requirements satisfaction.
• Execute test plans for automation unit/system testing, Establish and maintain good working relationships with client engagement team personnel.
• Drive internal and client-facing meetings, prepare reports and presentations.
• Shall create and maintain documentation for implementations
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Demonstrated knowledge (mastery preferred) in the following:
• DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Ref Design
• Terraform/Helm
• Ansible (optional)
• Kubernetes
• Docker
