Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into the world of emerging technologies, conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and develop practical, impactful solutions.
- Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with prototyping and developing proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of innovative ideas.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools, assessing their suitability for implementation within Sun Life and providing recommendations based on your findings.
- Share your knowledge and insights with colleagues through presentations, workshops, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives, helping to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Measure the success of innovation initiatives and iterate based on feedback and results, continuously striving to improve and optimize our approach to innovation.
