We're focused on bringing reliability and maintenance teams the tools, software, and services they need to optimize asset performance. PRUFTECHNIK is a global maintenance technology supplier, focused in the areas of shaft alignment, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring. We're on the leading edge of industrial technology with new wireless sensor technology and a suite of integrated software solutions.
Our team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to drive growth across multiple US territories. This is a direct sales role where you will be working with customers to grow the sales funnel and close incremental business. The successful candidate will work alongside a talented team of Territory Sales Managers who will be partners in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible to increase Pruftechnik sales by working with customers, adding funnel in CRM, moving opportunities through the pipeline, and contributing to top line growth by meeting or exceeding the territory sales target.
- Work directly with customers on sales inquiries to review specifications and make application-based recommendations. Communicate with customers and explain technology and products to both businesses and technical users.
- Take ownership to create new tools and processes to drive customer engagement, improve sales funnel management, and increase synergies across sales teams.
- Drive commercial workflow improvements by applying the Fortive Business System (FBS).
- Represent Pruftechnik as a subject matter expert to customers, industry professionals, and Fluke internal stakeholders in all sales-oriented activities to deliver an exceptional experience.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (or applicable experience)
- 3-5+ years of related technical experience (software and/or technical hardware)
- High energy and drive - ability to work independently - comfortable with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Related industry experience - shaft alignment, vibration analysis, condition monitoring
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
