Inside Sales Account Representative

Key Essentials:Â
Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts Â
Retain and grow revenue within your accounts Â
Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed Â
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships Â
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership  Â
Work with client business segment handling small to medium-sized opportunitiesÂ
Work on deals to lead qualification step and various stages of the Sales CycleÂ
