Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Licensing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Run reports on usage across customers globally to identify true-ups or new revenue opportunities.
Approved part numbers and prices for Enterprise Customers based on the level of agreements and services aligned with the sales team and Partners.
Work closely with the sales team and participate in internal customer meetings and calls where applicable to discuss licensing & usage.
Work with the Business Intelligence and stakeholders on ways to improve use verification & compliance on agreements migrations or new agreements.
Meet and take responsibility for all business SLAs related to Renew on time all assigned agreements.
Maintain ongoing documentation for internal sale teams, especially for Government customers.
Train other users on best practices around compliance and use verification processes.
Identify manual processes for improvement and automation, assist in developing and executing test plans on new functionality.
Analyze project requirements for renewal or growth, determine optimal outcomes based on the customer need to send final proposals as part of sales operations support.
Communicate status regularly with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
