This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Inside Sales Manager based in Australia.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a results-driven sales professional passionate about building high-performing teams and driving business growth. In this role, you will lead and develop an inside sales team responsible for converting inbound opportunities into long-term customers. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and maximize revenue performance. Accountabilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales professionals, ensuring consistent achievement and overachievement of sales targets and performance goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members, creating a strong foundation for long-term success and career growth.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve team effectiveness and productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales leadership teams to optimize lead management processes, pipeline development, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Drive high levels of sales activity across inbound opportunities, ensuring prospects receive a seamless and professional buying experience.
  • Manage team workflows, sales processes, and CRM activities to maintain pipeline accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development conversations to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that support scalability and sustained revenue growth.
  • Share insights and best practices with leadership stakeholders to continuously improve sales execution and organizational performance.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, combined with at least 6 years of progressive sales experience.
    • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams in a quota-driven environment.
    • Experience in B2B sales environments, with SaaS industry experience considered a strong advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and ramp sales professionals to productivity and quota attainment.
    • Strong expertise in CRM platforms and sales workflow management; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills with a passion for talent development.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while effectively managing both remote and distributed teams.
