Overview:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with 1-2 years of sales experience working a large multi-state territory, remotely from a virtual office environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sales success while achieving high levels of productivity, which were documented in a CRM, similar to Salesforce.com. Experience with Benefits/Insurance or Mental Health are not necessary, but are preferred. Base salary range: $60K – 65K per year DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and manage sales pipeline for small business accounts (<1,000 employees)
- Greet customers, establish rapport and effectively communicate and demonstrate our services
- Cultivate and follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Develop new relationships to secure ongoing lead-sources
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
- Position and differentiate Uprise Health from competitors in the minds of the client in a clear and compelling manner
- Document all customer-facing activities, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce on a daily basis.
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience utilizing a CRM such as Salesforce
- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent, from an accredited four-year university.
- Professional demeanor that instills trust and credibility
- Demonstrated history of success in their pursuits, regardless of what they are.
- Desire and drive to succeed, competitive nature, and will to put in the work to achieve success in their role.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong Communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experienced with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.com, and appreciation/diligence around leveraging the CRM as the “source of truth.”
