Inside Sales Representative (Remote)
Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to make outbound calls in order to schedule new patients into initial consultations. You’ll reach out to patients who have been referred by a referral source or have initially submitted inquiries for a free evaluation. The right candidate will have exceptional professional communication skills and a knack for developing relationships with customers. Reporting to our West Zones Sales Director, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their sales and marketing skills.

This is a remote opportunity with some travel for training (less than 10%). Must be willing to work on Mountain Standard Time during business hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls and use other engagement / communication vehicles to schedule new patients.
- Explain the free evaluation process in easy-to-understand ways to parents
- Help parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition
- Accurately schedule patients in our Electronic Health Records system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous marketing and/or sales experience in any field, inside sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with patients and co-workers from different backgrounds
- Driven and goal oriented
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Professional image in appearance, words and actions.
- Ability to manage details and multiple projects

- The base pay for this position is $40,000 with the opportunity for an additional $30,000 - $40,000 at target with the possibility to exceed (the variable compensation is uncapped)
