Your Role:
The primary focus of our Sales Development Representative is to make outbound calls on provided sales leads to generate new business. Fast paced and skill building, this position is an excellent path for a career in SaaS Sales.
- Make outbound calls on provided leads to generate new business.
- Utilize sales and objection-handling techniques to present mailing solutions for small to mid-size businesses.
- Manage a sales pipeline and effectively communicate with multiple prospective customers.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals as described in the compensation plan.
- Utilize sales software to input lead communication, maintain pipeline and forecast sales/revenue.
- Adhere to all company and department guidelines, processes, and procedures.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Business-to-business outbound tele sales experience required.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build rapport via the telephone.
- Must be able to effectively manage/maintain pipeline as well as help with forecasting sales and revenue via sales software.
- Must be proficient in computer usage including Microsoft Office programs.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
