Position Summary:
The Integrated Campaign Analyst launches and manages integrated marketing campaigns on a managed platform and evaluates performance versus benchmarks. The Analyst assists in ensuring that all market activity generates brand awareness, influences the conversion of leads to partners, and drives cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Through data-driven insights, they provide recommendations and adjustments to ensure performance is always of or above par.
The Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of leads from various sources to the sales teams. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a deep understanding of lead management processes and systems.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Daily management of global lead delivery, ensuring a consistent flow of leads is being delivered to sales teams while working with and managing relationships with data providers
- Daily monitoring of Google Ads campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization on an ongoing basis; Work in conjunction with peers to ensure optimal performance for every campaign
- Drive lead performance updates to global stakeholders, providing insights, roadblocks, and action items as needed; Deliver monthly and quarterly lead tracking with lead progression analytics corporately and regionally
- Develop strategic plans for Google Ads campaigns, conduct keyword research, and launch campaigns into the market within the determined Marketing SLA
- Assist in gathering metrics and insights alongside the Marketing Analytics team for campaign reporting on a managed platform
- Proactively look within and outside of the managed platform for potential new testing opportunities and new go-to-market levers; Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising
- Active participation in campaign kick-offs and pod meetings, contributing by making recommendations on the campaign go-to-market strategy (e.g., audience parameters, tactics, time in market) based on platform management
- Collaborate with Tools & Technology for campaign tracking across the managed platform to SFDC, Outreach, and Marketo
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role
- Global marketing experience preferred
- Previous experience working on integrated, digital marketing programs
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving desired results
- Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of the marketing landscape and how it’s constantly evolving
- Passionate about technology, digital marketing, internet culture, social media and stays current on cultural trends and what’s currently relevant
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and thrives in a rapidly changing start-up environment
- Ability to take on multiple responsibilities and be adept at organizing and leading around ambitious goals
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $66,000 or more depending on experience
