Integrated Campaigns Manager

We are seeking an Integrated Campaigns Manager who thrives in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a rapidly growing startup. The ideal candidate should be adept at navigating ambiguity, possess exceptional project management skills, and have a passion for delivering marketing campaigns that generate tangible results.

In this role you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that align with LaunchDarkly’s  business objectives and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals across various channels

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging and customer experience

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for efficiency and impact

• Create and manage project plans and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment

• Utilize multiple marketing channels and create compelling content to engage target audiences

• Work closely with sales teams to support campaign execution and revenue growth

• 7+ years of Marketing experience

• 3+ years of experience in regional integrated marketing campaigns, with experience running multi-channel campaigns

• Experience working with sales and an understanding of the sales cycle

• Experience reporting on metrics and program outcomes including impact on revenue

• Experience owning programs end to end while partnering with multiple stakeholders on shared goals

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage projects on time, on budget with controlled set of resources, using operations tools to track campaign and sales activity for predictable pipeline building

• Comfortable traveling ~10%

• Bonus points for experience with 6sense &/or Looker, understanding of the developer ecosystem, and experience marketing or selling DevOps solutions

Pay:

Target pay range for a Level P4 in San Francisco/Bay Area: $133,000 - $156,000*

*Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
