Job Summary
The Integrated Consumer Manager is responsible for driving the commercial strategy to profitably serve the consumer where and when they want to shop. The Manager will be the conduit between Product, Sales, Digital, and Operations to ensure we focus on the most impactful ways to engage and serve the consumer. This role will be at the center of driving the most transformational projects for our Parts, Accessories, and Apparel businesses. They will leverage data and analytics to drive new initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and collaboration with key stakeholders. They will set the roadmap to unlocking business value across regions and channels, seeing initiatives through from ideation to development to implementation.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the omni-channel strategy and program management focused on serving the consumer, creating value for all channels, and achieving our 5-year growth targets for parts, accessories, and apparel.
- Identify and implement consumer-centric capabilities concentrated on deepening our connection with existing consumers and expanding our reach to new consumers in key markets.
- Champion continuous improvement opportunities to optimize our go-to-market process and more efficiently serve the consumer.
- Create detailed roadmaps around strategic initiatives and drive initiatives forward in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Align Product strategy, Digital enablement, and Commercial execution, ensuring successful project implementation and scale.
- Establish SOPs, toolkits, and metrics to monitor and evaluate program success for internal and external partners.
- Actively participate as a functional thought leader with Digital, Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Product teams.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years leading efforts to drive deeper connections with consumers through operational excellence in a multichannel consumer goods environment.
- Focus on generating results through innovative solutions that focus on long-term, and meaningful, sustained improvements. Proven success in balancing cost and service while improving performance and ROI.
- Comprehensive understanding of the consumer experience in omni-channel ecosystems (Wholesale, Ecommerce, Retail stores, and other digital products).
- Excellent communication skills. Inspires others through communication across multiple mediums in a virtual environment and is able to influence across all levels of the organization.
- A strong vision for what great looks like to obsess over serving the consumer within an omni-channel marketplace. Not content with the status quo yet focused on driving positive change.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver corporate results.
- Experience leading large-scale projects balancing competing priorities and finite resources.
- Track record as an authentic leader- honest and open with their teams, a strong sense of integrity, as well as a solid ethical code which they live by.
