This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Integration Engineer - Experian Health in the United States.
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support and optimize healthcare technology integrations in a dynamic environment. You will work across multiple technical channels, resolving complex issues related to connectivity, system performance, data validation, and implementation processes. Acting as a primary technical contact for clients, you will bridge business and technical expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management. The position emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive client support, ensuring that integrations run smoothly and efficiently. With a focus on scalable solutions and strong relationship management, this role impacts client satisfaction and operational success. It is ideal for someone with deep healthcare systems knowledge and a passion for technical problem-solving.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client integrations, providing support, guidance, and issue resolution.
  • Lead implementation and integration efforts for healthcare revenue cycle management software, including data validation and performance optimization.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing support.
  • Apply business and technical knowledge to triage issues, escalate appropriately, and provide strategic guidance during implementations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and technical support processes to standardize integrations and enhance client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement improvements in integration processes.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, implementation, integration, or client/payer-side roles in healthcare revenue cycle management software.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7, X12 message/file formats, interfaces, and XML.
  • Experience working with raw data sets, APIs, and healthcare data standards including X12 (270, 271, 278) and HL7 (ADT, SIU, ORM).
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and technical issues.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.
