Integrations Project/Portfolio Business Analyst

SCOPE

• Create and maintain dashboards to support Enterprise Portfolio Management, Departmental Project/Program Planning and Data Restructuring efforts
• Conduct thorough enterprise-level analysis across existing projects, processes, systems and workflows to identify requirements, potential conflicts and opportunities for improvement
• Engage with program and project managers to elicit information in order to strategically plan overall project resourcing and sequence
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, business groups, IT teams, and external partners, to define objectives and priorities

SKILLS

• Proven experience in portfolio management, project/program management, business and data analysis, and integration initiatives within Asset Management businesses
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management philosophies and hybrid methodologies
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau with key insights
• Experience with issue and project tracking software (i.e. Jira, Planview, ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate problems and potential solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a team, lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, computer science, or related field or relevant industry experience
• Certification in project management (PMP) and/or business analysis (CBAP) is a plus
