Intern - Network Strategy

Modivcare is looking for an analytical and enthusiastic Intern to support the Network Strategy team with projects and duties related to strategic initiatives. This role will provide exposure to a diverse set of projects which will range from macro overviews of the healthcare industry to regional analyses of how Modivcare can optimize transportation to connect the nation's most vulnerable and underserved populations to care.

You will report to the Sr. Director within Homeshore Transportation Ops. The duration of this internship is approximately 10 weeks and is available to begin Fall 2022 or Spring 2023.

• Collect and analyze raw data to generate business insight into current processes
• Support Network Strategy team with data analysis and evaluation of strategic initiatives
• Create and prepare presentations to facilitate discussion of strategic business initiatives
• Partner with business units to understand strategic priorities and future opportunities
• Assist with writing and presenting data analysis for growth and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Network Strategy team to research and propose solutions to current business challenges
• Use statistical techniques to provide insights into internal or external transportation data to guide decision-making and enhance user experience
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Enrolled in a Graduate degree program in Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or other related degree program
• Willingness to learn, tackle new projects, and develop skills along the way
• Open to feedback and investing in your own continuous improvement

• Proven leadership history in a club or organization

Salary Range: $20-$25/hourly
