Internal Management Coordinator Winter Internship

Position Summary:

The Inside Manager Coordinator (IMC) supports a team of sales reps - Channel Account Executive (CAEs) – Highly experienced, in selling Cloud Services to their partners. The IMC is responsible for responding to emails, phone calls, support cases, billing issues, and to maintain the best partner experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assists and supports a team of CAEs
• Attends bi-weekly meetings with their team to discuss goals, highlights, on-site travel, events, etc.
• Reply to inbound correspondence while CAE is on business travel
• Investigates any billing issues
• Contributes any ideas and innovations to improve upon existing process or procedures.
• Able to navigate through multiple systems, ticketing, billing, Pax8 Marketplace
• Keep the white glove partner experience at the forefront

Required Education & Certifications:

• B.S./B.A. degree in related field; or equivalent work experience.
