(INTERNAL OPPORTUNITY ONLY) Technical Onboarding Lead
Job Description
You will be responsible for helping leadership onboard new hires, as well as current employees, for the Technical Success & Services departments. This is a pivotal position, as it's critical to provide the best onboarding & training experience for new hires as possible. You will be working closely with all new hires and guiding them through personalized onboarding plans, which you'll develop, that will span up to the first 6-months of employment. In addition to onboarding new employees, you will also be responsible for promotional transition plans when a current employee moves to a new position within the department. This includes building training tracks for each position in the department.

WHO YOU ARE
REQUIRED SKILLS
- XI Platform knowledge
- Passionate about relationship management and team development
- Strong experience in CX applications
- Proven ability to effectively train individuals on a technical platform
- Technical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot/QA technical solutions
- Attention to detail
- Strong and adaptable communication style
- Bold decision making
- Data-driven prioritization planning
- Solid organizational skills, ability to manage to multiple priorities and to develop professional onboarding materials
- Flexible with changing priorities - things are constantly changing!
HIGHLY WELCOMED SKILLS
- API/SAML/SSO familiarity
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Moderate/advanced Excel skills
- Groovy script experience
- Experience manipulating data in various formats
- Salesforce experience
- Kimble experience
- Expert knowledge of JIRA/Atlassian products
- Working knowledge of IVR
- Ability to understand and utilize the Knowledge Center & InMoment University
- Bug process & outage management
- DBA & Databus knowledge
- Release & launch support knowledge
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain Operational Excellence
- Lead recurring meetings with managers to keep them updated on onboarding activities
- Ensure mandatory training is completed for the department
- Active participation in internal/external initiatives & special projects
- Develop and maintain professional, open and honest working relationships, acting as a positive role model at all times
- Training on KPI's/Department goals
Foster Employee Growth
- Train & mentor employees
- Develop applicable onboarding materials
- Create a work environment that allows for employees to grow both technically and professionally
- Seek to advocate for and involve individuals in broader InMoment activities when possible (User Groups, Blogging, Internal Innovation Projects, etc.)
- Highlight individual successes whenever possible (via Success Stories, Newsletters, during Team Call, AwardCo, or "Leave your Mark" submissions)
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with those you are onboarding
- Ensure personalized onboarding plans are created and utilized for employees
- Conduct assessments highlighting successes and areas to improve when employees have completed their onboarding plans
