International Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist who will successfully identify and attract candidates for all level positions, fulfilling the hiring goal. You will have the unique chance to staff our branches in Italy and abroad, working closely with managers from different countries and searching for professionals for a wide spectrum of job opportunities.

What you will do

• Build and nurture our candidates pool. You will develop our pool of potential candidates ready for action through proactive research, professional network and relationships with Universities/Business Schools in order to anticipate and meet the hiring manager’s needs.

• Find the right candidate. You will manage the recruiting and selection processes for job opportunities in the Marketing, Operations and Business Development fields in different countries (Czech Republic, France, Italy and Poland). You will take care of the job description writing, job posting, CV screening, interview planning and execution, communication with candidates and interview process management.

• Introduce new recruiting channels. You will look for, test and introduce new sourcing options for applications coming from Italy and other countries.

• You have up to 3 years of experience as Recruiter or Assessor in an international environment;

• You got a Bachelor or Master of Science in Humanistic or Economics disciplines;

• You are a quick learner, able to adapt to a fast-changing environment;

• You distinguish yourself for your empathy and good listening skills;

• You work with great accuracy, paying attention to details;

• You have strong organizational skills;

• You are fluent in English;

• You know how to use Microsoft Office (especially, Excel) pretty well.
