• Majoring in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or closely related field
• Passionate about data, testing hypotheses, and arriving at data-driven decisions
• Constantly asking questions and seeking to apply analytical frameworks
• Experienced with Excel and PowerPoint

• Manipulating datasets to identify patterns and summarizing resulting insights.
• Identifying opportunities to improve backend business processes and working cross-functionally with other department’s stakeholders to complete projects.
• Identifying pain-points for our partners and finding solutions on how to alleviate them.
• Tracking results of strategic business initiatives to determine whether the outcome was a success.
• Identifying key variables and defining critical metrics

• Helping business leaders understand the data that drives the business.
• Drilling into data to find areas of opportunity.
• Challenging the status quo with supporting data.

• The Summer internship is a full-time program
• Minimum 3.5 GPA highly preferred
