Inventory Control Analyst

Tecovas is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our growing and dynamic Central Inventory Management (CIM) Team. This position will play an integral role in helping to drive operational excellence across our eCommerce and Retail channels.  Reporting directly to the Operations Inventory & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be performing oversight, replenishment, and reconciliation tasks related to inventory and other supplies. 

This position is a hybrid role with the candidate strongly encouraged to work from our HQ office in Austin, TX with the ability to work remotely on other days. 

What you’ll do:

• Support CIM in process improvement initiatives regarding inventory movement between the distribution center and retail stores.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy in NetSuite by performing reconciliations between systems, researching discrepancies, and driving solutions.
• Record inventory adjustments in NetSuite as needed.
• Track inventory shipments to ensure proper receipt and closure occurs in NetSuite.
• Responsible for generating weekly and monthly inventory reporting and communicating to cross-functional partners.
• Partner with retail stores to support necessary inventory movement or other transactions.
• Support special inventory projects including but not limited to quarterly and annual Physical Inventory, monthly donation process, and inventory movement for special events.
• Support accountability, control and reporting for Supply programs in the distribution center and retail stores. 
• Document & update supply procedures across the distribution center.
• Act as a liaison between CIM and the Finance and Product teams by communicating pricing and supply needs.
• Keeping abreast of vendor and supplier-related activities in the industry.
• Support new supplier onboarding as needed.

Experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration or related field
• 2+ years of inventory & procurement analysis experience in a related industry
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Advanced analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
