About the team:
The mission of the Investor Relations (IR) team at Robinhood is to help the company's stock price reflect its intrinsic value over time. To do this, the IR team focuses on:

1. Building investor understanding through clear and transparent disclosures,
2. Increasing investor confidence through regular access to management and the IR team, and 3) sharing investment community perspectives with management to inform strategic and operational decision making.

Robinhood is seeking an experienced Manager of Investor Relations. This position will report to the Vice President, Head of Investor Relations and contribute to all aspects of Robinhood's investor relations strategies, objectives, and key results.
What you'll do day-to-day:

• Develop deep understanding of Robinhood's business and industry
• Collaborate with the IR team, broader Robinhood stakeholders across Finance, Corp Comm, Legal, and the business, as well as third parties on all aspects of the Investor Relations program
• Work closely with the IR team and CEO / CFO to develop the IR strategy and plans
• Help drive the quarterly Earnings and monthly metric reporting processes
• Lead the creation of public disclosures such as the Earnings Release and Presentation as well as monthly metrics disclosures
• Help the CEO and CFO prepare for the quarterly Earnings calls with prepared remarks and Q&A
• Collaborate with broader Robinhood stakeholders to manage the Earnings process and ensure alignment
• Help lead ongoing IR Marketing efforts
• Help prepare CEO, CFO, and other executives for conferences and NDRs
• Participate in ongoing investor events, both CEO / CFO-led as well as IR-led
• Synthesize key shareholder perspectives to share with management
• Lead the development of new external disclosures
• These include an investor presentation and others to be determined
• Build strong relationships with the investment community including buy-side investors and sell-side analysts
• Able to independently lead 1-on-1 meetings with shareholders and analysts where relevant
• Synthesize insights from shareholders and analysts to provide context for management decision-making

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. CFA and/or MBA preferred
• Experience in financial services and/or broker-dealers preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated ability at a public company, including experience in investor relations
• Deep understanding of financial statements and metrics analysis
• Exceptional written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide both tactical and strategic recommendations to the CEO and CFO
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
