iOS Quality Engineer (Swift)

As an iOS Quality Engineer (Swift), you will be building test automation solutions for global streaming apps running on Apple TV systems. If you know your way around XCUITest and Swift (or Objective C), feel free to apply! This is a remote role, Full-Time (40 hours per week), 6 months contract, starting in June, with possibility to become a permanent contract next year. This position is open for talent based in EMEA, LATAM and APAC who can cover at least 4 hours within the 9am-6pm GMT time zone.

• Build automation testing scripts for global streaming apps running on Apple TV, with XCUITest, Xcode and Swift (or Objective C). 
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the data.
• Report and conduct technical root cause analysis of defects
• Test streaming apps at scale running on Apple TV 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology consulting, including developing test automation solutions.
• Experience in Automation Testing with Apple TV or mobile iOS devices. 
• Hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer / Automation Tester working with XCUITest, Xcode, and Swift or Objective-C
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Being able to learn quickly and continuously expand your knowledge.
• Being socially open-minded, empathetic, and considerate of cultural differences.

Nice to haves:

• Experience working as a QE with big screen devices like Apple TV.
• Experience working with OTT /  media streaming apps.
