Your Role and Responsibilities
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.

This is a position with IBM Japan Staff Operations Corporation (ISOC).
As a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operation manager for financial administrative work you will perform work in a system environment for the client according to procedure manuals manage project members and execute client facing work.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.

Skills

• Documentation skills (reports on work status and problems as they occur as well as operational procedure manuals)
• Team management skills (managing members’ work proficiency and operational status)
• Problem-solving skills (improving work efficiency and solving problems as they arise)
• General office work such as Microsoft Office PDF etc. (Excel entry and spreadsheets Word entry Outlook email creation)
• Business system operation (input data extraction etc.)
• Communication skills (reporting to customers IBM employees team members etc.)

Experience

• Experience in management of accounting operations
• Experience in accounting
• Experience in other staff work including management experience at a minimum.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in business improvement and efficiency improvement projects.
• 10 years of experience in accounting.
