Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

The I&T Analyst 3 is responsible for analyzing IT requests, projects, and project labor data while also preparing reports and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in IT operations and analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate across all areas of the organization. Must be able to translate data into actionable information.

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor key project metrics and perform variance analysis to identify areas of improvement or concern.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather operational data and support strategic decision-making.
• Help with analysis for major information technology projects and participate on various activities within these projects.
• Build business partnerships with Managed Services IT PMO team.
• Perform project labor variance analyses and prepare other ad hoc analyses as requested to monitor monthly performance against budget.
• Coordinate resource and project activities.
• Perform ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and balance work with minimal direction to achieve organizational, departmental and team goals.

Employment Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business or Information Technology (required)

Master's degree or other as needed for role (preferred}

Minimum Qualifications

>7 years successful IT experience within a complex healthcare environment. >7 years demonstrated success within field(s) of expertise. (preferred)
